This notice covers the public ReviewPulse site at reviewpulse.alphapearl.net (and its Workers.dev host) when you use the free reply-draft tool, join the waitlist, email us about setup, or buy monitoring or setup through the links on this site.
Paid Google Business Profile monitoring uses Manager access you grant. That service also involves business-profile identifiers, authorized contacts, reviews, drafts, written approvals, and posting records. We never ask for your Google password.
When you use the free reply-draft tool, you submit review text and may add a business name. We use that information to generate reply options. Please remove personal or sensitive details that are not needed for a reply, including patient details, payment information, and private contact information.
When you join the waitlist, you provide an email address and may add a business or agency name. We use those details to record your interest and contact you about ReviewPulse.
If you email us about setup or monitoring, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond to your inquiry and deliver the service.
ReviewPulse is hosted on Cloudflare. Draft generation uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV bound to our Worker. Cloudflare’s Workers AI documentation states that it does not use Customer Content processed by Workers AI to train models; that statement applies to content processed on that route.
The site links to Stripe Checkout for payments. Payment information entered in Stripe Checkout is handled by Stripe. We may receive payment, customer, and transaction details through Stripe (for example receipts, customer email, and subscription status) so we can fulfill your order and provide support.
Cloudflare may generate ordinary technical logs when you load the page (such as IP address, user agent, and timing).
We keep waitlist entries, email correspondence, and payment records as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. Review text submitted to the free draft tool is used to generate replies for your session; we do not build a public archive of pasted reviews. For paid monitoring, we keep drafts, approvals, and posting records while your service is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support and audit.
