Plans and prices

• Free drafts — $0. Generate reply drafts on the site. You copy and post them yourself. No monitoring or posting by us.
• Review monitoring & replies — $39 per month for one Google Business Profile location. Business-day review checks, AI-assisted drafts emailed for your approval, and posting after your written approval.
• Done-for-you setup — $297 one-time. Help granting Manager access, a reply tone guide, monitoring during the first week, and handoff notes. Setup does not replace the monthly subscription unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply based on your location and Stripe’s tax settings at checkout.

How monitoring works

You grant our team Manager access to your Google Business Profile (never Owner, and never your Google password). We check for new Google reviews each business day, prepare reply options, and email them to the approval address you give us. We post only the exact wording you approve in writing. Silence is not approval. We do not create fake reviews, discourage negative feedback, or guarantee ratings or rankings.

Service start

Monitoring starts after we confirm payment and accepted Manager access. We aim to begin on the next business day after both are in place. If you pay but Manager access is never granted, email us; we will pause work and help you resolve access before continuing.

Cancellation

To cancel a $39/month subscription, email hello@alphapearl.net from the address on your order. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless we confirm an earlier date. We will stop new monitoring work after cancellation and remove Manager access when service ends.

Refunds

If we cannot start service because of a problem on our side, email us and we will work with you on a refund or credit for unused amounts. Setup fees are generally not refundable after Manager access has been accepted and setup work has begun. Duplicate or mistaken charges: contact us promptly and we will investigate.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Stripe. The statement descriptor and seller name shown at checkout are controlled by the Stripe account connected to the payment links. Questions about a charge: hello@alphapearl.net.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of paid services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
